Delivery And Pricing
Unless otherwise stated, the default currency is New Zealand Dollars.
We try to make sure that website pricing is correct, but at times some pricing may be incorrect. We reserve the right to decline a sale where there has been an error on our part on pricing due to human error. Any shortages or breakages must be reported to Three Little Whimzee within 24 hours, preferably by email and quoting your purchase details.
We will process your order within 1 business day following payment in cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 4 days for delivery domestically, or 1 week internationally.
Also when placing your order please advise of any special delivery instructions, especially if you are likely to be away from home when the mail person or courier calls.
Three Little Whimzee attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Three Little Whimzee does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Three Little Whimzee itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

A full refund will be provided for any goods sent out in error and returned to our warehouse, unopened and in their original packaging and within 7 days. Shipping expenses, in both directions, are not refundable. Change of mind returns will not be accepted.
All items purchased from Three Little Whimzee are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
If the goods you receive are faulty, we will replace those goods if they are returned to our warehouse within 7days of purchase, alternatively a store credit may be offered. Reimbursement for shipping expenses will be up to the value of the original quoted shipping cost.
We are a New Zealand company so you are covered under New Zealand consumer law. -Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.
Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.
